About your trainer

I am an SEO Consultant with over 7 years of experience working with top Irish and global organisations across all sectors on long term, successful (sometimes award-winning) SEO strategies.

I’m a huge advocate of search engine optimisation as one of the most cost-efficient means of attracting relevant long-term traffic for websites. At the same time, I am acutely aware of the considerably widespread view of SEO as a shady practice full of snake oil merchants. 

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of how search engines like Google work and what types of things can be done to ensure that their websites and content are looked upon kindly by these search engines. 

My hope is that even if after this course you don’t take your SEO efforts in house fully, you will be able to understand the fundamentals to such a degree that you will be able to distinguish a genuine SEO agency or consultant from an SEO cowboy.
